संवाद  केवल  शब्दों के आदान-प्रदान से कहीं अधिक है। यह भावनाओं को समझने, संकल्पो का आदान-प्रदान करने और बोले गए शब्दों के पीछे के इरादों को पकड़ने के बारे में है।

प्रभावी संवाद दुसरो के साथ आपके विश्वास, सम्मान की गहराई और आपको समझने की महसूसता को बढ़ाने में सहयोग करता है ।

एक शांत मन सभी अच्छे संवाद का इष्टतम प्रारंभिक बिंदु है। हालाँकि, शांत मन एक दुर्लभ स्थान बन गया है। इसका नतीजा यह हुआ है कि संवाद टूट गया है और गलतफहमियां आम हो गई हैं।

आज हम जिस दुनिया में रहते हैं वह ऐसी ही है, लेकिन यह हमेशा से ऐसी नहीं थी!

Communication is about more than just exchanging words.It’s about understanding the ­

Effective communication is the glue that helps you deepen your connections to others to build trust and respect and feel heard and understood.

A relaxed mind is the optimum starting point of all good communication.However, a relaxed mind has become a rare place in which to be.The result of this is that communication has become disjointed, and misunderstandings are commonplace.

Such is the world we live in today, but it hasn’t always been like this!

Om underviseren


Sonja er meditationslærer samt daglig leder i Brahma Kumaris’ meditationscenter i København. Hun har som frivillig undervist medarbejdere i bl.a. virksomheder og universiteter internationalt i positiv tænkning, stresshåndtering, selvudvikling og meditation. I 2009 var Sonja med til at udvikle Brahma Kumaris Environment Initiative med henblik på at skabe en højere miljøbevidsthed i Brahma Kumaris samt tilføje den indre dimension til drøftelserne på FN's klima- og biodiversitet konferencer.
