Positive thoughts lead to positive emotions and actions, negative thoughts cause distress, and waste thoughts lead to stagnation. We need to gain insight into the thoughts that dominate our minds throughout the day. Over time, we may notice patterns that reveal whether our mindset leans toward positivity, negativity, or wastefulness. Once identified, it becomes quite easy to transform our negative and waste thoughts into positive ones.
